own quarterly publication, Befriender and Penfriend schemes, runs therapeutic
programmes and co-ordinates local self-help groups. They also produce a
laminated Travel Card which has 'Can't Wait' printed in eleven different
languages.

Dedicated to helping sufferers manage their own health with IBS. Provides bulletin board, chat, books, studies, regional support group meetings, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment and lists of medications.
IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME ASSOCIATION
A nonprofit organization established in 1987 which is dedicated to helping everyone who suffers from IBS through the establishment of patient support groups, and by providing treatment, accurate information and education.
